These Terms govern your use of CubaLove, a dating and communication service for adults operated from Florida, United States. By creating an account or using CubaLove, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use CubaLove if you are prohibited by law from receiving the service.
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorised access.
Do not impersonate others; harass, threaten or exploit anyone; solicit minors; publish illegal, hateful, deceptive or non-consensual intimate content; distribute malware or spam; scrape the service; manipulate purchases; or use CubaLove for fraud or commercial solicitation. Report or block unsafe users and contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CubaLove a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, protect and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload. Profile-photo face and safety checks apply only during registration and profile management; chat attachments are not subject to the profile-photo face rule.
We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms. Automated checks can make mistakes; contact us if you believe a decision was incorrect.
CubaLove does not guarantee matches, compatibility, identity, availability or outcomes. Users decide whether and how to communicate or meet. Audio and video calls depend on the user’s device, permissions, connectivity and third-party network infrastructure.
CubaLove Premium is an automatically renewing subscription unless cancelled in the Apple App Store or Google Play before renewal. Boosts and Super Likes are optional, non-renewing purchases made manually when the user chooses. The store displays the controlling price, currency, taxes, billing period and applicable refund rules before confirmation. Purchases are processed only through Apple or Google in the mobile apps; CubaLove does not request direct card payment in the apps.
You can deactivate or permanently delete your account from Settings. An external deletion request is also available at cubalove.app/delete-account. Permanent deletion removes or irreversibly anonymises associated account data after ownership checks, except limited records that must be retained for purchases, fraud prevention, disputes or law.
Some functions rely on Apple, Google, Firebase, GIPHY, hosting, notification, advertising, purchase and WebRTC providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect those functions.
We work to keep CubaLove secure and available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Interruptions, errors or loss caused by networks, devices, third parties or events outside reasonable control may occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CubaLove is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the independent conduct of other users. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Florida, United States, without taking away mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Florida may hear disputes unless mandatory law requires another forum.
